LCC Kids

If you have a child over six weeks old, we encourage you to check them in at the LCC Kids area before services begin. Our children’s programming is specifically designed to build faith through Bible stories, songs, and group activities for all ages through 5th grade and is available during all LCC services.

Nursery

Our parents are able to enjoy their worship experience on Sunday mornings, knowing their infant is in a loving and secure environment. This environment is staffed by a team of pre-screened, dedicated volunteers who show God’s love to the smallest superheroes left in their care.

LCC Kids staff and volunteers recognize that Sunday mornings can be a struggle for parents and kids alike as they prepare, arrive, and take part in our Sunday morning services. We strive to connect with every family that enters LCC to ensure they encounter love and authentic relationships as each child moves through our kid’s spaces.

We pledge to create a Sunday morning experience that will help each parent and child enjoy themselves from the time that they arrive and until they go home. We have identified several key ingredients to accomplish this goal by producing a streamlined registration system that will get every child into their rooms quickly and safely. Once in the rooms, each child will find environments that are age-appropriate, fun, and exciting.

Preschool

Our parents are able to enjoy their worship experience on Sunday mornings, knowing their toddler is in a loving and secure environment. This environment is staffed by a team of pre-screened, dedicated volunteers who show God’s love to the smallest superheroes left in their care.

Everything we teach our preschoolers is based on one of three simple, but powerful, truths. Through age-appropriate activities, preschoolers are building their spiritual foundation as stepping stones to Kindergarten with a foundational understanding of these three basic truths:

• God Made Me
• God Loves Me
• Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever

Our toddler curriculum provides monthly activities for purposeful play. An extended toddler section adds a Bible story and craft each week. The real excitement starts when we reach the Pre-K class and begin our Large Group / Small Group curriculum.

K-5

We’ve got incredible new spaces just for your kids. It includes a Superhero Training Academy and Hero Headquarters—fully Avenger and Justice League-approved. Our children are the next generation of superheroes, and our programming is speci cally designed to build faith through Bible stories, worship songs, and group activities. It’s packed with exciting thrills and adventures to help your child discover their secret superpowers and experience the love of Christ.

In our Elementary environments we use 252 Basics as our curriculum. Each week’s lesson is based on one of three basic but compelling truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52:

• I need to make the wise choice.
• I can trust God no matter what.
• I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Our curriculum is designed to provoke discovery and invite kids into a new understanding of how to start and grow in a relationship with Jesus. It is dedicated to helping children grow in wisdom, faith, and friendship.
