Guest Services

Parking Team: Welcome entering vehicles and provide safe direction to a parking spot. Training required. Commitment is two hours on a Sunday and must be 14+ years old.

Greeting Team: Help make LCC members and guests feel welcome. Stationed at a variety of locations, greeters not only welcome members, but help guests navigate the facilities and answer questions. Must be friendly and enjoy chatting with people. Training required. Commitment is two hours on a Sunday and must be 14+ years old.

Welcome Team: Welcome new visitors, answer questions, and give direction to guests or regular attenders at the info islands in the lobby and welcome tents. Detailed training required. Commitment is two hours on a Sunday and must be 16+ years old. Must be an LCC member.

Usher Team: Guide people to the nearest available seat in a quick and orderly fashion, collect the offering, and serve communion. Requires people skills, a big smile, and the ability to make people feel at home. Training required. Commitment is one and a half hours on a Sunday morning and must be 14+ years old.

Special Services Team: This team provides support to special services and events held at LCC. They include, but are not limited to, holiday worship services (Easter and Christmas), concerts, conferences and other types of special events. Assist with greeting, ushering, parking, registration, and/or overall guest experience needs. Flexibility to serve on as many or as little events based on your availability.

Communion Prep Team: Help set up supplies for communion on Saturday and clean up on Sunday. Communion is done approximately six times yearly and usually entails one hour on Saturday and 30 minutes on Sunday after 2nd service. Must be 14+ years old.

Connection Team: Call first-time LCC guests to welcome them and help them get connected. Good people skills and phone/computer skills are needed. Commitment varies each week and must be 18+ years old. Must be an LCC member.
