UNDERSTANDING
If money was no object and you could give someone a really great gift, what would it be? Who would you give it to?
If money was no object and you could receive a really great gift, what would you want it to be?
What words from this passage help you understand the manner of God’s love for you?

How does John 3:16 emphasize Jesus’ work on the cross, and not our own efforts to be right with God?
